Kenny founded Hawkeye Equities with a clear premise: the commercial real estate market systematically undervalues predictable, long-duration income — and the investors who benefit most are those willing to think in decades, not quarters.

Hawkeye Equities was built as a principal-led firm. Kenny is the underwriter, the operator, and the largest investor in every acquisition. This structure exists by design. When the person making the investment decisions has the most capital at risk, alignment isn’t a marketing message — it’s a mathematical reality.
